If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
For returns due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover return shipping. For other returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer, and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
